1 you get fan on certain settings only. This is the resistor gone and johnjohn2 has identified the fix for this above. This is usually (although not always not intermittent and so you will usually lose all other settings over night and they don't come back. 2 you get no fan activity at all.
I thought that 2012 Picassos had DRLs; well, my early 2011 one did. On those it is true that the bulbs are not wired, so this seems rather odd to me. Have you tried testing with a meter. In most cases where new sidelight bulbs don't work the problem is the holder.
Took the car to the main dealers 2 weeks ago after work. It was a very hot day and when i came out of work and started the car the radio worked perfectly. I took it to the main dealer and he said there wasn't much he can do when it was working perfectly. The day after it didn't work and hasn't really worked since until yesterday.

Hi there, i have a 2007 1.6HDi Vtr+ EGS with the factory fitted option of the rear parking sensors. When selecting reverse an audible bleep is heard along with the lcd screen operating to show the reverse parking function is operating, then as you reverse the beeps get faster as you approach an object.
I would encourage you to not allow an experience with one dealer to sour your relationship with the Citroen brand. I had MASSIVE problems with the dealership that sold me my VTS. They stuffed me around continually and refused to fix issues under warranty. I became quite disillusioned with the brand and felt I would not purchase Citroen again.
