No it's not the same one that found it's way into Cleopatra's hands and later Aya and then Bayek. But these things are made in the dozens after Origins, as it's the tool used by all the Hidden Ones at that point. Aya and Bayek both have their own hidden blade, so it's likely easy to replicate with simple means. Kassandra's is clearly custom.
